UI Designer/Developer
iSystems is looking for a UI Designer/Developer to join our team. This person will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic group that is passionate about our product and industry.
This position will have the following responsibilities:
• Work closely with project team members and internal stakeholders to understand the business workflows, content, and features for the application’s user interface
• Work collaboratively with business users to elicit the requirements, process flows, roles, and policies necessary for an effective user interface design
• Collaborate to define the user interface and ensure that it will have an integrated and consistent look and feel for the company applications
• Create mockups, visual specifications, working prototypes and other artifacts to effectively convey the intended user experience
• Implement final design into our application using MS Expression Blend and Aid in supporting the testing and deployment of the user interface components
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Design
Requirements:
• A BS degree in Computer Science, a related field, or proof of significant industry experience
• Two or more years of experience in commercial software interface design/development
• Professional knowledge of MS Expression Blend 4 Software
• Strong skills in Microsoft based graphical user interface development (XAML, Silverlight/WPF, C#, .Net 4.0)
• Strong knowledge of MVVM design pattern
• An understanding of Payroll/HR or Financial applications a plus
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment

General Manager
iSystems LLC is seeking a dynamic individual for the new role of General Manager (GM) of our rapidly growing organization. The GM will oversee day to day operations of the company including Client Support and Training, Software Development, Quality Assurance, Tax, IT and Product Release Management. The GM will report to the President.
The individual we are seeking will have had success in a similar role in the software development –client facing industry. This individual will have excellent project management skills. They will see to the timely release of our software products and ensure that the quality of these products is exceptionally high and responsive to market requirements. They will ensure that the training and support of our software products is the envy of our industry. They will also ensure that our IT systems and services provide industry leading security, reliability and accessibility.

Lead Microsoft Silverlight Architect/Developer
Job Description:iSystems is looking for a Lead Microsoft Silverlight Architect/Developer to work on early stages of a project with our software development team. The Architect/Developer will work on the architecture, design, and development of the Silverlight interface to our successful financial package. The Architect/Developer must have project experience with Microsoft Silverlight and an aptitude for user interface design. A successful candidate should have a track record of successful Silverlight projects and be able to confidently guide experienced Windows developers to determine direction for our rich internet application development efforts.

Lead Software Test Engineer
Job Description: iSystems is looking for a Lead Software Test Engineer (STE) to join our software development organization. The engineer will work on manual and automated testing of our financial applications. The engineer must have experience in testing Microsoft Windows and web applications using manual methods and automated test tools. A successful candidate must demonstrate initiative and determine direction as the leader of our Software Test / QA team. The Lead STE will work with the Software Test / QA Team to plan day-to-day work as well as establish long term plans to increase the capabilities of the team through training and implementation of productivity and automation tools. The Lead STE will report to the Software Development Manager
The following skills and experience are desired:
• Superior verbal and written communication skills. Must communicate clearly in verbal and written form with Business Analysts, QA Team, Programming, Support, I/T staff, and management.
• Must be able to explain situations and courses of action clearly to management and staff.

Java & Web Developer
Job Description:  iSystems is looking for a Java and web developer to join our software development team. The developer will work on the architecture, design, and development of the web interface to our successful financial package. The developer must have experience in Java and web development with a focus on user interface design. A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate initiative and be able to help determine direction for our web development efforts.
The following skills and experience are desired:
• A BS degree in Computer Science, a related field, or proof of significant industry experience
